Retention Policy

We always aim to build a good rapport with our clients and invariably undertake repeat business over many years so retaining your contact details for a reasonable time is in everyone’s interest but we will not retain your data longer than we need it. In certain cases we are required to hold your data to comply with tax, legal or regulatory issues. Subject to this, we will delete your data if we haven’t had any relevant contact from you for a ten year period.
